We assess the relevance of your projects and identify the most appropriate funding programmes. We assist with the formalities of your projects and with the contracting and organisation of your partnerships. We help you draft your applications, work out your budgets and promote your case.

Managing funded projects

We set up your project manager’s performance indicators. We train your teams and your partners to manage and report and we support them in that work. We suggest solutions to any problems encountered and if need be, assist with negotiations in order to obtain the best final funding deal.

Communicate and deal with key people in Europe

We organise your lobbying and help you get institutional support and build partnerships. We organise project communication (a contractual obligation), set up and run your project websites. We help you organise your promotional events and can take part in them if you wish.
