Our missions of accompaniment
Welcomeurope assists corporations, SMEs, administrations, ministries and non-for-profit organisations (Unions, Federations, NGOs…).
The role of Welcomeurope has always been to assist at the internal level any organisation in
the formalisation of their European action plans including the actual participation in the funding programmes,
the coaching and training of their teams, partnership building, as well as lobbying and other such strategic actions.

On the activation of ERDF for broad band infrastructures. Support in drawing up the budget.
Caisse nationale des Caisses d’Epargne
Support for associative project leaders in the officialisation of their application and the identification of programmes. An in-depth study on the tools to implement to help beneficiaries of European funds in their cash flow management on the conception of a banking product for associations to help them manage European public funds.

Accompaniment of financial and administrative coordination services, drafting of the MEADOW project financial report.
Chambre régionale de commerce et d’industrie de Basse Normandie
Assistance in building the project within the framework of a reply to a call for projects from the Lower-Normandy Regional Chamber of Commerce (Competitiveness and Innovation Programme – CIP)
Assistance with drawing up the application (project aiming to implement a single network of integrated support services in favour of business and innovation), and the formal constitution of a consortium (procedures, rules, workings, implementation of management and steering tools).

Conseil général du Val-de-Marne
Providing assistance to the Conseil general (Local council) in identifying funding programmes for its projects (Employment/social.ICT).
Mission completed in October 2007
Conseil régional d’Aquitaine
Help with project building alongside RCT consultancy on a European territorial cooperation project and submission within the framework of the first call for proposals of the Interreg Espace Atlantique programme 2007-2013.
Drafting of project document (management of littoral risks by local professionals), search for and commitment of partners, preparation of meetings with partners, leading partnership meetings, constitution of the Interreg application, officialisation of a partnership agreement, contacts with the management authority.

Conseil régional Pays de la Loire
Support for the identification of a European funding procedure for the Regional Council’s project (research project) and optimisation of the legal and financial elements.

Assistance in drawing up an application within the Research and Development programme framework.
EDF – Département Collectivité
Identification et analyse des dispositifs de financement public pour les projets de développement local, d’énergies renouvelables, d’environnement. Appui à l’élaboration des montages financiers des projets. Assistance d’EDF dans la formalisation de projets en région s’inscrivant dans les fonds structurels.

Fédération des Centres d’Insertion – FCI
Identification and analysis of procedures for public funding for local development projects, renewable energy and environment. Support in drawing up the financial elements of the project. Assistance of EDF in officialising regional projects within structural fund programmes. Assistance in drawing up two applications in the framework of the DAPHNE and Lutte contre l’exclusion sociale (fight against social exclusion). Assistance in the implementation of the European branch of the association – training of project leaders.

Assistance in drawing up an application in the framework of the Research and Development programme (6th Research and Development programme) – Life Sciences, Biotechnology.
Officialisation of the project, contribution of community political arguments, drafting the application, drawing up the work plan, organisation of partner relations, drawing up budgets, promotion of the project.

HENKEL IBERICA
Accompaniment in identifying the European funds for a research project on the modification of chemical reactivity of detergents – analysis of the project’s European components, help with drawing up the project, formulation of European advantages, adaptation to the specificities of the RDFP6 , building up partnerships.

Assistance in drawing up an action plan and positioning study in the Oulu region (Finland) in the framework of future European environmental, research and innovation programmes. Tasks performed: identification of European decision-makers in these fields, analysis of ongoing European projects in the region, identification of relevant opportunities for the region.
