Mireille is a co-founder of Welcomeurope and has been actively involved in the evaluation of European politics and programmes since 1993. She is the editorial manager of the Eurofunding tools and has a unique knowledge of all the programmes of the European Commission. .


Valérie Buisine
Project Manager-Consultancy
She is presently in charge of the Consulting Department and assists public and private organisations in their building of European projects. Valerie has a Master's Degree in European Culture and Economics.


Malgorzata Hiszka

Malgorzata is a Head of the Training Department, specialist of European policies, strategies and partnerships. Fascinated by European issues, she manifests of a great personal interest for the European construction by her involvement to European environment.


Camille Constans
Consultant - Trainer
Head of Welcomeurope Training Department from 2006 to April 2008, Camille Constans is today Project officer at the Consultancy Department. She assists public and private organisations in indentifying the relevant funding, building applications and getting ready for the management of the European projects.


Gwenaëlle Radosevic
Head of the monitoring and analysis department - Training
Gwenaëlle joined Welcomeurope in 2006 as head of the monitoring and analysis department. Her activity is centred on the implementation of the new structural funds and state aids. She draws up studies and training sessions, for project leaders as well as managing and monitoring authorities


Pierre-Etienne Métais
Pierre-Etienne followed a double cursus in European affairs and local development at the Institutes for political studies of Lyon and Aix en Provence. He acquired expertise on European policies and their implementation tools.
